Those years taught me how to handle pressure, solve problems fast, and deliver results that matter. But I didn't stop there. I took that grit and jumped into digital marketing, launching my own agency as a solopreneur. I’ve built a career rooted in excellence, adaptability, and a passion for growth. From fine dining to golf courses to founding my own company, here’s how I shaped my path.
2008 - CMC CHEF DALE MILLER
Started at Jack’s Oyster House in Albany—one of the nation’s oldest family-owned restaurants. Served Supreme Court judges, trained under a Cornell hospitality alum, and worked alongside Certified Master Chef Dale Miller. This was my proving ground.
Chef Dale Miller holds the Certified Master Chef (CMC) title, awarded by the American Culinary Federation. With fewer than 70 CMCs nationwide, it’s one of the highest credentials a chef can earn, marking him as a leader in fine dining and culinary expertise.
2010-2018: Mastered Dining and Golf
Rejoined Chef Miller at his namesake restaurant, rising from server to General Manager over seven years. Led two rebrands and a full launch, bolstered by six weeks of training at the Culinary Institute of America. At the same time, I broke into golf as a professional at McGregor Links Country Club—my first golf pro job—where I generated over $500,000 in revenue across my last two years. That success propelled me to Bay Hill (under Arnold Palmer’s team) and later Saratoga National, all while managing upscale dining at The Chef’s Table in Orlando.
